What Hospital Beds Do We Carry?
We carry full-electric hospital beds for both rent and sale at our La Palma location, including the Golden Passport Hi-Low and Tuffcare models. All beds come with a foam mattress, side rails, and an overbed table. We deliver, assemble, and demonstrate every bed in your home — and we stay until you and your caregiver are comfortable operating it.
What About the Mattress?
The mattress that comes with a rented hospital bed matters more than most people realize. A standard foam mattress is appropriate for short-term recovery. For patients who will be spending extended time in bed — particularly those at risk for pressure ulcers — ask about pressure-reducing or alternating pressure mattress options. Ask us about mattress upgrades when you call.
Should I Rent or Buy?
Renting makes sense for short-term recovery (weeks to a few months). Buying makes sense for long-term or permanent care needs. As a general rule, if you expect to need the bed for more than 3-4 months, purchasing is more economical. We can help you do the math when you call.
