Getting a hospital bed set up in your home is a simple four-step process.

Tell us the patient's condition, approximate weight, and how long you need the bed. We'll recommend the right model and confirm availability.

Schedule Delivery

We schedule delivery as soon as next day — and for urgent situations such as hospital discharges, same day delivery may be available. Call us early and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your timeline.

Professional Setup

We assemble the bed, attach side rails, connect the motor, and walk the patient and caregiver through all controls.

Pickup When Done

When you no longer need it, call us. We schedule pickup, disassemble everything, and take it away. No hassle.

Does Medicare cover hospital bed rentals?
Medicare Part B may cover home hospital bed rentals when a doctor certifies medical necessity. We are not currently a Medicare-accredited supplier, so customers pay out-of-pocket. We provide detailed receipts to support any reimbursement requests. Call us with questions.
What is the difference between the Golden Passport and a standard hospital bed?
The Golden Passport offers all the safety and positioning features of a hospital bed but with a residential design that fits into a home bedroom without looking clinical. It also includes premium features like dual-zone massage, under-bed lighting, and Bluetooth app control. Come into our La Palma showroom and we can show you both side by side.
How quickly can you deliver a hospital bed?
In many cases we can deliver the same day or next day depending on availability and your location. Call us as early as possible and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your timeline.
Do you deliver and set up the bed in our home?
Yes. Our team delivers to your home, assembles the bed in the room of your choice, attaches all components including side rails, and demonstrates how to operate the controls. We don't leave until the patient and caregiver are comfortable.
How long can I rent a hospital bed?
As long as you need it. We don't lock you into a fixed rental term. Most customers rent for 4–12 weeks, but we also have customers who rent for many months. Simply call us when you're ready to return it.
Do you repair hospital beds you didn't sell?
In most cases yes. Call us and describe the issue — brand, model if known, and what's malfunctioning. We'll let you know if it's something we can service.
