Return Window

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in original condition — unused, unassembled where applicable, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original delivery and setup fees are non-refundable. Items purchased in-store may be returned in person at no shipping cost within the 30-day window.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. You will be notified by phone or email when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible products for a different model or size within 30 days of purchase. Call us at (714) 868-8544 to arrange an exchange. If the replacement item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health, safety, and hygiene reasons:

Incontinence supplies and personal hygiene products
Opened or used cushions, mattresses, or mattress overlays
Custom-ordered or special-order products
Items that have been assembled and used
Rental equipment (subject to separate rental agreement)
Batteries and electrical components once installed
Bathroom safety products including grab bars, shower chairs, and transfer benches
Commodes and raised toilet seats

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (714) 868-8544. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you including return shipping.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products we sell carry manufacturer warranties separate from our return policy:

Golden Technologies lift chairs: Up to 5-year frame warranty
Forcemech power wheelchairs: 5-year frame, 2-year motor warranty
Nova Medical products: Lifetime frame warranty on select models

Rental Equipment

Rental equipment is governed by a separate rental agreement signed at the time of rental. Please refer to your rental agreement or call us at (714) 868-8544 for rental return and cancellation terms.
